Code Rendering Studio — Service Agreement
This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Code Rendering Studio ("Studio") and the undersigned client ("Client").
1. Scope of Work
The Studio agrees to provide the services selected by the Client as outlined in the submitted inquiry form. Specific deliverables, timelines, and milestones will be confirmed in a separate Project Brief within 3 business days of signing.
2. Payment Terms
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project fee is due upon signing this agreement. The remaining 50% balance is due upon final delivery. Invoices unpaid after 14 days accrue a 1.5% monthly late fee.
3. Consultation Policy
The first 30–60 minute consultation is complimentary. Additional consultation time beyond this is billed at the Studio's standard hourly rate, which will be disclosed prior to extended sessions.
4. Revisions
Projects include the number of revision rounds specified in the selected plan. Additional revisions are billed at the Studio's standard rate.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, all deliverables and their associated intellectual property transfer to the Client. The Studio retains the right to showcase the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Cancellation
Cancellation after signing forfeits the 50% deposit. If the Studio cancels, the deposit is refunded in full. Either party may cancel with 7 days written notice before production begins.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep project details, pricing, and any shared materials confidential unless written consent is given.
8. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in DuPage County, Illinois.
